Employees of the Riverside County Department of Child Support Services may discuss the case only with the custodial and noncustodial parent; we are prohibited from disclosing certain information about one parent to the other. We cannot provide specific case information to relatives or spouses of the custodial or noncustodial parent; however, we encourage anyone who has relevant information regarding the child support case of a noncustodial parent to provide this to us.
